I’m not totally sure if it’s just the texture or the fit, but my phone feels slippery with this on. I keep feeling like it might slip out of my hand during the day, so I don’t feel very confident using it

I ordered a phone case from Ideal of Sweden and I’ll say the case itself was really nice when it finally arrived. It looked good and came in perfect condition, so no complaints about the product. The frustrating part was the delivery. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left wondering where my package was. That said, it did show up safely in the end, and overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush

I paid way too much for what feels like a basic phone case. It looked nice when I first opened it, but the quality just doesn’t match the price at all. The packaging also made it seem like it had been handled carelessly, which didn’t help my first impression. For the money, I really expected something better

The code applied fine at checkout and saved exactly what it said it would. It did take me a minute to find the right one, but that’s not a big deal. Once I found it, everything worked just fine.

I really love the way this case looks. It has that clean, cute vibe that just feels right, and I’m really into it overall. The only thing is the edges feel a bit bulkier than I expected, and I kind of wish they were a little slimmer. Still, I like it a lot.

I felt like I was being brushed off the whole time. It didn’t seem like they really wanted to help or listen, which was frustrating. Save your time and look somewhere else

I tried ordering a case the site kind of drove me nuts. Some parts looked nice and I thought the selection seemed decent, but actually using it was a pain. Pages were loading slowly, the filters felt all over the place, and the cart button on my phone only worked when it felt like it. I had to keep going back and somehow lost the case I’d picked a couple times. I still think they probably have good stuff, but the shopping experience was frustrating enough that I just gave up.

I bought a case from Ideal of Sweden because it said it was MagSafe compatible, but i’m a bit disappointed!! The charger does connect, but the hold feels weak and it slips off way more easily than it did with my old case. The case itself looks good and fits my phone fine, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. But if you use MagSafe every day, I wouldn’t really recommend it, especially for the price

I ended up having to return my case, and the whole thing was way easier than I thought it would be. I’m a little hazy on the exact timing, felt like I sent it back one day and then somehow the refund showed up almost right after, or maybe it was a few days later? Either way, it came quicker than I expected and there was no stress at all

It was packed well overall. The box had a tiny dent, but it was sorta minor and didn’t really affect anything

I had to exchange my case for a different size, which was kind of annoying at first. Support got back to me after about a day, and I was relieved that they did help get everything sorted out. The only thing I wish was better is the return label instructions, they could’ve been much clearer.

I’ve been happy with this case so far. It feels really nice in my hand, smooth, but not so slick that I’m worried about dropping it. The material feels sturdy and definitely doesn’t come across as cheap. My only small complaint is that it seems to pick up marks a little sooner than I expected, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Overall though, I’m satisfied with it and would still say it’s a good buy.

I’m unhappy with how long the refund took. I get that things can take a few days, but making customers wait ages for their own money just doesn’t feel right. It left a bad impression, and I don’t think that’s a fair way to treat people.

I got the confirmation email, but I still haven’t received any shipping update. I’ve been checking and checking, but there’s just no new info yet.

I was expecting better protection, but my phone ended up cracking anyway. It’s disappointing because I thought this would help prevent that kind of damage. Not the worst product ever, but it definitely didn’t do what I needed it to do.

They did eventually reply, but it took longer than I expected. What annoyed me more was that the terms seemed to change along the way, which made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating. At least they got back to me in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth

I bought the screen protector and camera protection from Ideal of Sweden i wasn’t impressed. The screen protector started getting bubbles pretty much straight away, and then it cracked after just a few days, which was so annoying. Also, the camera protector didn’t even stick properly, and I kept checking it because it just didn’t feel secure. Maybe I just got unlucky, but yeah, for me it felt like a waste of money.

I tried ordering a case because the products do look nice, but wow, the website really made me work for it. The buttons would randomly not respond when I clicked them, especially Add to Cart and Checkout, which are kind of important, but sure. At first I thought maybe it was just my phone being weird, but then the same thing happened on my laptop too. I had to click 3 or 4 times just to get things to move along. The cases look great, but the whole shopping experience was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I’m not sure I’d bother again unless they fix the site.
